Registration is in two steps:

  1. First, complete the Information Form on this page.

  2. Second, after clicking the Submit button, you’ll see a screen to make your payment with a credit card or PayPal account. This ensures the secure deposit of your funds into our financial account.

The screen will look like this, except with the payment amount you enter.

Important: The same screen is used for registration fees as well as for donations. Don’t worry; we’ll apply your payment correctly.

Since you will enter your registration fee manually on the payment screen, make a note of the appropriate payment amount:

After that, enter your credit card/PayPal account and billing information.

Notifications

You will receive two notifications: the information you submitted here and confirmation of your payment from PayPal.

Closer to the weekend of the event, you will receive a reminder email with directions and a packing list.

  • Register and pay in full by May 1 at the advance registration rates shown below.
  • Registration after May 1, including same-day registration, will incur a $50 surcharge.
  • Payment in full is required at time of registration either by PayPal or use of a debit or credit card through the PayPal portal.
  • Any cancellation will result in a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
  • First-time participants will receive a 25% discount off either the advance or late registration rate (whichever applies).

A note about food and accommodations:

Hearty meals are prepared by Pilgrim Lodge staff. When you register, indicate whether you have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other special dietary needs, and we will try to accommodate.

*Online registration must be complete with full payment on or before 05/01/2026 to receive the Early Registration rate.
**Requests for financial, dietary, or accessibility accommodations must be included during the Early Registration period. They cannot be honored with Standard Registration.
