Agenda:

Alternate location
Regional Community
Joe M. report about Board Draftees
Vincent waiving fee
Other scholarship
Replacement of Board Members

Robert SanGiovanni’s request for (full) scholarship is referred to Registrar (Guy) with comment from Alan L that scholarships for 50% have always OKed in the past.

We agreed that Vince Dufort should have his fee waived in compensation for his continuing work on the Web Site and getting paypal up and running.

We talked about alternate venue and considered a site See http://www.mechuwana.org/ is in a similar location in Maine but would be significantly less expensive. To make a decision based on cost alone would be a no-brainer, but we have a history tradition and relationship with Pilgrim Lodge. After discussions with PL they as not very interested in reducing our cost. Board thought it would make sense introduce this at opening circle and have discussion group(s) on this topic during the weekend. There was talk of JUJU survey about cast and location.

Tee shirts for MM50 will be lite gray w/ forest green lettering all cotton in large, ex large and xx large. Small MM logo on front breast pocket area and Pilgrim Lodge print on back. To not have a date. Cost about $7 each and will be sold for $15. Guy to coordinate. There may be an increased cost for 100% Cotton.

We decided on a price break discount for 1st time attendees (about 1/3 off) $125/ 4 day weekend and $95/ 3 day weekend. To be published and available at subsequent conferences.

There was a brief discussion about Ashley.

Minutes of past 3 (March, May and July) were passed.
