A brief financial report noted we were Solvent at the start of the gathering, in good financial position. A discussion on ways to increase participation/ drop rate for attending, reset ceiling price was held. Agreed to have Joe M. negotiate/renegotiate w/ Pilgrim Lodge on minimum attendee figure.
Brought to our attention need to change bylaws and amend through State of Maine board member guidelines which will allow serving of 2 two consecutive terms by a member. Agreed to invite more men to sit in on board meetings to see what to expect.
Agreed to call specific persons (Matt Houghton, Rudy) to invite their participation.
A brief report given on alternate venue on other side of lake. Discussion was tabled until our next meeting.
Need to replace Robert SanGiovanni on board. Tor Smith accepted position formally.
Need for update of binders and Clarity of current board member terms, who is current and what are their timeframes? Robert P. will peruse binders and report on their contents and their stewards. (Who has them) 5 of 6 are accounted for.
How to reduce cost for weekend was again mentioned and discussion was tabled until next meeting.
